Multifamily, healthcare, workplace, retail and industrial architecture — led by our principals from first concept to final approval.
The studio
RXTXR is a Lehigh Valley architecture and interior design studio. We design buildings and interiors that *work* *hard* for the people who use them — and our principals stay involved in every project, from first concept through final approvals.
What we build
From ground-up buildings to interior fit-outs, every project is measured the same way: does it work for the people inside it, and does it make sense for the people paying for it?
Mid-rise apartments and mixed-use buildings planned for livability and leasing — efficient unit layouts, amenity spaces people actually use, and façades that hold their value.
Medical offices, outpatient clinics and lab spaces designed around patient flow, clinical workflow and the demanding infrastructure behind them.
Corporate offices and headquarters shaped around how teams really work — from ground-up buildings to floor-by-floor fit-outs, planned and furnished end to end.
Storefronts, pad sites and shopping-center spaces built for visibility, brand and a fast path to opening day.
Warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities designed for throughput, clear heights and the realities of logistics in one of the country's busiest freight corridors.
How we work
The people you meet in the first meeting are the people at the table for your final approval. No hand-offs, no lost context.
Realistic milestones, set early and protected all the way through.
Every design decision weighed against your budget and pro forma.
Zoning, land development, permits and state reviews — prepared, presented and followed through to sign-off.
We know the townships, the boards and the market — and we're down the road when you need us.
Services
One studio for the building, the interior and the paperwork — so nothing falls between consultants.
Ground-up buildings, additions and renovations — from site planning and massing through coordinated construction documents.
Interiors that support how people live, work, heal and shop — with finishes chosen to perform and to last.
Test fits, stacking plans and layouts that make every square foot earn its place — before a lease is signed or a wall goes up.
Specification and coordination of furniture that fits the plan, the brand and the budget.
Zoning, land development and building-permit submissions — presented and pursued by the principals who designed the project.
Process
Program, site, budget and schedule. We start by understanding what the building has to do.
Massing, layouts and options — each one tested against your numbers.
Materials, systems and details developed with your team and consultants.
Coordinated drawings and specifications, ready for pricing and permit.
Municipal and state approvals, carried through by the principals who designed it.

Straight answers to what clients ask us first.
Commercial architecture and interiors: multifamily apartments and mixed-use buildings, medical office buildings and outpatient clinics, life-science and lab spaces, corporate offices, retail, and warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities. We design ground-up buildings, additions, renovations and tenant fit-outs.
We are based in the Lehigh Valley and work throughout Lehigh and Northampton counties, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Emmaus, Whitehall, Nazareth and the surrounding townships, as well as nearby Berks, Bucks, Carbon and Monroe counties and western New Jersey.
Yes. We prepare and present zoning and land development submissions, coordinate building-permit reviews, and pursue municipal and state approvals through to sign-off, led by the principals who designed the project.
Yes. Interior design, space planning, test fits and furniture selection are available as standalone services for tenant fit-outs and relocations, or as part of a full building project.
As early as possible, ideally before a site is purchased or a lease is signed. An early test fit or feasibility study confirms what a site allows, what it will cost and how long approvals will take.
Our principals. They lead every project personally, from the first concept meeting through final approvals.
